That's $50 to $500 per month. For example, a $2,000 build has a $200/month retainer.
The retainer covers:
- Monitoring to make sure everything keeps working
- Fixes when something breaks or a connected tool changes
- Updates to your assistant's knowledge (new services, prices, hours, FAQs)
- Small tweaks and improvements
- Keeping up with AI tool changes so your setup doesn't fall behind
- A monthly check-in and email support

- Not included: subscription or usage fees from third-party software and AI providers (for example, ChatGPT, automation platforms, or CRM subscriptions). We'll estimate these for you up front, and they're billed to you directly.
- New projects: larger additions beyond small tweaks are quoted separately as a new build.
- Commitment: month to month; cancel with 30 days' notice.

Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. We explain everything in plain English, do the technical setup ourselves, and train your team on the parts they'll use day to day.
How do I know if AI is worth it for my business?
That's what the free consult is for. If we don't see a clear way to save you time or win more customers, we'll tell you.
How long does a build take?
Smaller setups often take one to two weeks. Larger rollouts take longer. Your plan will include a timeline.
What does the monthly retainer cover?
It covers monitoring, fixes, updates to your AI's information, small improvements, keeping up with tool changes, a monthly check-in, and email support. It's 10% of your build price per month.
Will there be other costs?
Some tools charge their own subscription or usage fees. We'll list and estimate them before you commit, and we'll recommend the simplest, lowest-cost options that do the job.
